Agreement

These terms apply when you buy a Standard or Premium plan from Ads by Dawn, a product of Twelvenets LLC ("we", "us"). By paying, you agree to them. You confirm you have authority to buy for your business or organization.

Plans and price

Standard is $250 and Premium is $500 (US dollars). Each is a one-time payment for an ad period of 33 days, starting on your go-live date, not your purchase date. Plans do not renew automatically. Prices may change for future purchases.

What is included

Both plans include the same set of placements across Twelvenets brands, as described on our Plans and features page. Premium receives priority and featured positions. Placements, dates and positions are assigned by our team. We may adjust specific placements where needed, keeping the value of your plan.

Payment and refunds

Payment is made securely through Stripe. Payments are final and non-refundable once made, except where required by law.

Creating and approving your ad

• You may send finished creative or have our team create it with you.
• Team-created ads include one round of revisions. Extra rounds may cost more.
• Nothing runs until you approve it. Late approval can delay your go-live date, and the 33 days start on the actual go-live date.
• Changes are made before go-live. Once live, ads cannot be paused or rescheduled.

Plan changes

You cannot switch between Standard and Premium during a running campaign.

Your content and rights

You promise that you own or have permission to use everything you give us, and that it is truthful and legal. You keep ownership of your ad assets. You give us permission to display, adapt for format and share your ad across the placements you bought, and to show the finished work in our portfolio. Interview and B-roll content may be used on your own channels with credit to Purple Jam.

Advertising rules

We may decline or remove any ad at our discretion. The following are not accepted: adult content, weapons, illegal products or services, political campaigns and misleading claims, and recreational cannabis or dispensaries. Alcohol is allowed only when strictly age-gated to 21+ and compliant with TABC guidelines. CBD and hemp are reviewed case by case. Sponsored articles are clearly labeled as sponsored.

Results

We share reporting such as impressions, reach and audience location where available, and a final report. We do not guarantee sales, clicks, audience size or any specific result. Figures are estimates.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. We may update these terms for future purchases. Questions: hello@adsbydawn.com.
