Agreement

These terms apply when you apply to and take part in the Ads by Dawn affiliate program, run by Twelvenets LLC ("we", "us"). By applying you agree to them. We review every application and may approve or decline it.

How it works

Once approved you get a personal link and code. When someone clicks your link and buys a plan within 60 days, the sale is credited to you automatically and you earn a commission on that sale, at the commission shown in your dashboard.

Commission

• Commission is earned on qualifying sales credited to you. The commission on each sale is shown in your affiliate dashboard.
• New sales sit in a short hold period (currently 7 days) before they become payable.
• Refunded or cancelled sales earn no commission, and any commission already paid on them may be deducted from future payouts.
• You cannot earn commission on your own purchases.

Payouts

Commissions are paid on the 30th of each month (or the last day of a shorter month) for sales that have cleared the hold. We pay by PayPal or Wise, to the email you give us. We do not need or accept bank account numbers.

Tax forms

Before your first payout we need a tax form: a W-9 if you are in the United States, or a W-8BEN if you are outside it. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

Promoting us honestly

• Be truthful. Do not make promises about results we do not guarantee.
• Do not spam, use misleading ads, impersonate us or bid on our brand names.
• Do not use fake or incentivized clicks.
• Follow the law, including disclosure rules: tell your audience when a link is an affiliate link.

Ending the program

You can stop at any time. We may suspend or end your participation, and withhold commission, if you break these terms or the rules above. Commissions already earned and cleared are still paid.
